Air Unlimited Burnley
When I received an invitation to bring the children along to a brand new ‘inflatable playground’ in Burnley, I asked the boys if they fancied giving it a try and to be honest, they seemed indifferent. Trampoline parks are seemingly everywhere at the moment and I think that’s what they were expecting, except maybe with the addition of a bouncy castle or similar. I decided not to try to persuade them to get excited but instead just took them along to Air Unlimited Burnley to see for themselves.
Five seconds after we arrived and the boys soon decided it was the Best. Place. Ever.
Air Unlimited Burnley is so much more fun than I was expecting. I never really join in with the kids at activity places but I really couldn’t help myself at Air Unlimited. Inside the newly extended venue, a giant inflatable playground taking up an enormous amount of space offers absolutely loads of activities, including a ball pool, slides, climbing walls, football pitch, gladiator podium (where I totally wiped out my 11 year old!), and a giant crash cushion which took me approximately three years to haul myself out of!
There is no other attraction like this in the area, so Air Unlimited is set to be hugely popular. It’s suitable for all ages – I took all three of my children with me (aged 2, 8 and 11) and everyone enjoyed it. I was a bit concerned that the 2 year old would be a bit little but he LOVED Air Unlimited. There were lots of tears when I tried to take him home!

There are autism friendly sessions and toddler mornings too, so there should be a session to suit most people.
For celebrations, there is a party room and Air Unlimited offer parties catered for children of all ages. The on-site cafe offers a wide range of appetising foods and the slush pick’n mix… just brilliant! Honestly, just get down there!
You know that weird week between Christmas and New Year? Perfect time to try out Air Unlimited. Or how about during January – that totally depressing, rainy, windy, freezing, dark month when everyone’s skint? Put paid to that with a trip to Air Unlimited. Honestly – you’ll not regret it.
