March Theatre: KITE at Waterside, Sale

I havent done a theatre post for a long time, but this one looks like a lovely, immersive, inspiring performance so I wanted to share it with you.

Acclaimed theatre company The Wrong Crowd swoops into Waterside, Sale with KITE, a stunning show featuring on stage kite-flying alongside exquisite puppetry, music and storytelling.

Suitable for children aged seven and over, this enchanting tale follows a recently orphaned girl on a wild adventure with an old kite she finds amongst her grandma’s belongings.

Unaware of the magic within, the girl and her kite go on a journey of discovery as she learns to live and find strength after loss.
A play without words, Kiteย is inspired by the world of indoor-kite flying and stories such as The Snowman and The Red Balloon. For everyone aged seven and over, it features The Wrong Crowdโ€™s
imaginative storytelling, exquisite puppetry and design, dance, originally composed music and โ€“ of course- kites.
