There are some fantastic restaurants in Great Yarmouth where you can really enjoy a superb meal for breakfast, at lunch time or in the evening, whatever you fancy eating.

The borough of Great Yarmouth benefits from a cosmopolitan range of restaurants to choose from, with Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai on the menu as well as Greek and Mediterranean food, Portuguese and Italian restaurants and authentic American style diners.

Many villages along the coast and around the borough have fantastic pubs where you will find a warm welcome and excellent food served daily and a number of larger hotels in Great Yarmouth also have lovely restaurants which are open to non-residents.

If you’re celebrating a special occasion, Great Yarmouth also has a select group of independent restaurants which have been awarded AA Rosettes or are mentioned in the Michelin Guide, whose food and customer service really exceeds expectations.

There’s nothing quite like a café or tea room at the seaside and Great Yarmouth has a huge selection to choose from.

Whether you’re popping in for a morning coffee, looking for a light lunch or more substantial meal, fancying a nice slice of delicious home made cake, considering a cream tea or even a full afternoon tea, you won’t be short of options.

Of course we have traditional seafront cafés which you’ll find in Hemsby, Caister-on-Sea, Gorleston- on-Sea and Great Yarmouth for a fortifying cup of tea, ice-cream or chips in a cone. But look a little closer and you’ll also find tea rooms and coffee shops serving proper coffee, fabulous cream cakes, delicious paninis, home made soup and all sorts of other goodies all over the borough of Great Yarmouth.

You’ll never be far away from a fabulous café or tea room in Greater Yarmouth.
